Sizing
How do the pieces fit?
The polo is a regular fit and the quarter-zip a medium fit, so take your usual size. The cap is fitted, in S/M or L/XL, and the beanie is one size.
Which cap size should I choose?
Measure around your head just above the ears. S/M fits 54–58cm and L/XL fits 57–61cm. If you’re between the two, choose L/XL.
Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is embroidered to order for you in the UK and is usually delivered within 5–8 working days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders of £60 or more.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@britbunt.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your piece hasn’t gone into production we can change or cancel it straight away. If you cancel before your order is delivered, we refund you, including delivery, within 14 days of you telling us. You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery and return it.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Tell us first, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Please handle items only as you would in a shop; we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn or washed. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving it back, or of proof of postage if sooner.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@britbunt.com with your order number and the item you’re returning, and we’ll send you the return address.
My item arrived damaged or faulty.
We’re sorry. Email hello@britbunt.com with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund, including delivery. After that, we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

What does Vision to Victory mean?
It’s the idea behind everything we make: every win starts as a picture in someone’s head, and it becomes real through the work. It’s printed inside the neck of our polo and quarter-zip.
Is the logo printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. The crown and name are stitched in soft gold thread on every piece. Only the neck label inside the polo and quarter-zip is printed, so there’s no scratchy tag.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash the polo and quarter-zip at 30°C inside out, don’t tumble dry, and don’t iron over the embroidery. Spot clean the cap. Hand wash the beanie and dry it flat.
Which payment methods do you accept?
When checkout opens, we’ll accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, handled securely by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
